Inferno - puzzle game

Hi everybody!
I'm happy to show you some screenshots from the Brand new game by Forge!

"Inferno" is the puzzle game where you can atone your sins through a hellish cube.
Players can draw the redemption path of their sins on the cube and maybe avoid eternal damnation..

The game is for the upcoming release of Dan Brown's next book, Inferno...
is available for iOS and Android (Google Play)....and it's free! :)

(only for the italian market)

3D World V3

Hi!
Finally i'm ready to share with you my recent works...

some months ago i decided to learn by myself the whole workflow for a mechanical character...for the first project the goal was not create a great and amazing character but working on a simple model to learn any step of the character creation.

i started with a simple model without any draws or concepts, modeling and UV map in Maya, hand painted textures in 3Dcoat and Photoshop (only diffuse) and back to maya for Rigging, weight map and animations...
it's a looong process for one person, especially if is the first time! :)


Here my first 3d animation....i prepared :

- standard idle
- "alert" idle
- transition between the two idle
- aim and shoot
- run cycle

....i need more practice to controll the curves in the graph editor!! :)

3d World WIP V2

Hello!
Here some screen capture from my recent studies...
I was working on a step which comes before animating, in this picture I tried to convey different behaviour/feelings to the character without using any facial expression... 
...which is the sad one?? and the angry one?
I hope you understand!!! ;)

The next step is blocking  the positions that i need in the game and animating!

3d World WIP


Hello! I'm Back!!!

Finally after hours and hours spent on books, videos, tutorial i made the rig with a convincing weight map!
For the final result i had to make and remake maaaaaaaany times!!!

Here there is a fast screenshot of my work in progress...now it's time to animate....yeahh!!!!

3d World

Hello!

I decided to learn 3d modeling, texturing, rigging,ecc...
Is a long process because i would explore every parts of the 3d character's creation.
This is the first time i use a 3d software, I learned everything by myself by using tutorials and documentation.

For my first project i made a mechanical character, starting from modeling and UV map in Maya.
After the Modeling and Uv I first made a bake of ambient occlusion ( in Maya) as reference to handpainting the textures on the diffuse map without shaders by using 3D Coat and Photoshop.

Now i'm working on rigging process...
